This tornado touched down after the Nashville EF3 lifted. It moved across hilly terrain just north of Buffalo Valley, taking down trees in Smith County and causing roof damage to several homes in the St. Marys community of Putnam County before dissipating near the Middle Tennessee Dragway. Several outbuildings were damaged as well.
