Info
The tornado first touched down near DeMotte, snapping numerous trees, and moved through the center of town. A pole barn was completely destroyed and a manufactured home was damaged. Near the end of the path trees were snapped and power poles were left leaning. Two farmsteads were damaged. The doors collapsed in one pole barn, while the roof was removed from another, causing the walls to collapse. It is possible that more than one tornado touched down along the damage path.
